Sales Representative – Hotel & Travel Services

About the role

Unity Gate Travel and Tours is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote its hotel management and travel solutions to corporate and individual clients. Based in Lahore, you will work on‑site, building relationships and driving revenue for a fast‑growing hospitality business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and hospitality sector.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B and B2C clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations and accurate bookings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow‑up.
• Track sales activities and results in the CRM system and meet defined sales targets.
• Participate in product, pricing and market‑trend trainings and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Experience in travel, tourism or hotel management services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests with attention to detail.
• Proactive, resilient and service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using booking systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
