Sales & Service Engineer – Screw Air Compressor

About the role

The Sales & Service Engineer – Screw Air Compressor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lahore. You will provide technical support, installation, commissioning, routine maintenance and repair for screw air compressors at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to install, commission and service screw air compressors.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare detailed service reports and document all work performed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities and support after‑sales activities.
• Educate customers on proper operation, maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting ability for screw air compressor faults.
• Field service experience with on‑site installation, commissioning and customer visits.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and report preparation.
• Technical support capability to guide customers on product usage.
• Hands‑on maintenance and repair skills for mechanical and basic electrical systems.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the region for on‑site work.
