About the role
The Sales Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in property units, guiding them from initial inquiry through to deal closure. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering tailored property presentations, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and document client requirements for property units.
- Brief clients thoroughly on relevant property options.
- Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and drive timely deal closures.
- Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Required profile
- Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Commitment to excellence and alignment with core company values.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
