Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join Jamal Din Leather’s Sialkot office to drive growth of our premium safety glove range. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target markets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features and usage.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a proven track record in sales and sales management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience delivering effective training to external or internal audiences.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
