About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive property sales by understanding client needs, presenting suitable units, and closing deals efficiently. The role involves direct interaction with prospective buyers, site visits, and maintaining long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to match them with appropriate property units.
• Provide comprehensive briefings and demonstrations of properties.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, guiding clients through the properties.
• Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and strong customer‑service orientation.
• At least 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
