Sales Specialist

About the role

Restorative Media is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for its digital services. The role is full‑time and primarily remote, supporting clients worldwide while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and generate leads for services such as web development, SEO, social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Conduct discovery calls, present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post‑sale and participate in continuous training on agency offerings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong active‑listening abilities.
• Proven experience in B2B or agency‑based sales, preferably within digital marketing, web development or technology services.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present complex digital solutions in clear, outcome‑focused terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad when required and to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
