About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our real‑estate team. The role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting property units, and driving deals from demonstration to closure while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to match them with suitable property units.
• Provide comprehensive briefings and demonstrations of properties, including site visits.
• Manage the sales process through to timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Commitment to excellence and alignment with company core values.
• At least 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Excellent communication skills.
