About the role
The Sales Specialist will support Zameen.com's sales team, managing projects and properties with customers over calls and providing outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Actively generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide comprehensive details and insights about properties to potential clients.
- Recognize client demand and offer customized solutions.
- Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Customer‑service oriented.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
