About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Officer to serve as the backbone of our sales department while also acting as the right‑hand to the CEO. This dual‑role position blends sales coordination with executive assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless communication across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and business proposals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Generate and interpret Excel data to produce monthly sales reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases/CRM, supporting follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations for flawless order execution.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft official correspondence, emails, reports, and letters on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
- Handle confidential documents and act as liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or executive assistance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
