About the role

This role is aimed at sales professionals with a background in the hotel industry or in selling business management software solutions. AboutinnRoad is a leading SaaS provider delivering property management software to thousands of hospitality clients worldwide. The Sales Team Lead will generate pipeline and close new business opportunities for our hotel software portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Research, identify and contact prospective customers through phone and email channels.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects that generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Close new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for the hotel software solution.

Required profile

2‑5 years of outbound sales experience.
At least 1 year of sales experience selling hotel or business management software.
Proven ability to conduct high‑volume cold calling.
Strong experience in account research, prioritisation and pipeline management.
Familiarity with payment processing software is a plus.
