Sales Team Manager - Life Insurance

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance is hiring a Sales Team Manager for its Blue Area branch in Islamabad. The manager builds and leads a sales team, recruits new members, trains them and drives results against business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard 8 team members to build a productive sales team.
• Lead, manage and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
• Ensure at least 4 team members become actively productive and contribute to sales.
• Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance against assigned KPIs.
• Develop business opportunities through client meetings, referrals and lead generation.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Preferred experience in life insurance and takaful, real estate sales or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in sales, marketing or team management.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and leadership skills are also encouraged to apply.
