Sales Travel Executive

About the role

The Sales Travel Executive will develop new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and promote a range of travel services for a UK‑based travel agency operating in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance and other services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and travel itineraries, and follow up leads to convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• 2 years of sales and ticketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and manage time effectively.
