Sales/Marketing Officer

About the role

Pine City Society is looking for motivated Sales/Marketing Officers in Islamabad to support customer acquisition and promote its offerings. The role combines prospect outreach, relationship building and market development, with a focus on understanding customer needs and communicating their value clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads through outreach and local market research.
• Present the society's offerings, answer inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, keep accurate records of interactions and give timely updates on sales activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities by sharing customer and competitor insights with the team.
• Work toward agreed sales and outreach targets while representing the society professionally.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, run follow-ups and move opportunities through a sales pipeline.
• Customer-focused approach with good listening, needs assessment and objection handling.
• Good organization, time management, persistence and ability to meet performance targets.
• Professional conduct, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of sales and marketing practices, including promotions and basic market research.
• Clear written communication and accurate record keeping of customers and activity.
• Comfortable using common office tools and digital communication platforms for outreach and reporting.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 40,000 to 50,000.
• Leave entitlement.
