SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant to support a multi‑site ERP migration project on a fractional basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA migration activities across multiple sites.
• Manage migration of one site from SAP Business One to SAP S/4HANA and another from Sage to SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support requirements gathering, migration planning, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Track project risks, issues, and overall progress, and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support resolution of migration‑related issues.
• Assist with cut‑over and go‑live planning and coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Hands‑on or project‑level experience with SAP Business One and/or Sage migrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP migration processes, including data migration, testing, cut‑over, and go‑live.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fractional/part‑time engagement.
