SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to drive the implementation, integration, support and continuous enhancement of its SuccessFactors suite. The role ensures seamless connectivity with SAP S/4HANA HCM and other enterprise systems, enabling secure, data‑driven HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation, enhancement, upgrade and support of SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation.
• Configure, maintain and optimise modules such as Employee Central, Benefits, Time Management, Payroll, Position Management, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development.
• Design, develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA HCM, payroll systems and third‑party applications using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs and middleware technologies.
• Manage role‑based permissions, workflows, business rules, MDF objects and system security to ensure governance and data confidentiality.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Mentor functional consultants on technical architecture and best practices.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics for strategic workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Benefits, Time Management, Payroll, Position Management, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM integration.
• Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs and middleware technologies for system integration.
• Ability to configure role‑based permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules and MDF objects.
• Competence in building reports, dashboards and analytics for HR decision‑making.
