About the role

XoomPlus, a leading digital marketing agency in Islamabad, is looking for a motivated Search Engine Optimization Specialist. You will work on real‑world SEO projects, helping brands improve their online visibility and organic traffic while learning from experienced marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix indexing and performance issues.
• Develop and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing actionable insights.
• Manage link‑building campaigns and outreach to boost domain authority.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics, preparing regular reports.
• Work with content writers to produce SEO‑optimized, user‑focused content.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
