Section Head – HR Shared Services

About the role

The Section Head – HR Shared Services will lead the delivery of centralized HR services for the PARCO group, overseeing the full employee life‑cycle and ensuring high‑quality, compliant HR transactions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR professionals to provide accurate, timely HR Shared Services across all PARCO locations.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee life‑cycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, benefits, separations and final settlements.
• Oversee time‑and‑leave administration, payroll processing, headcount and cost reconciliations, and pension payments.
• Supervise HR Service Desk operations, ensuring prompt response to employee, ex‑employee and pensioner queries.
• Act as Business Key User for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HCM, driving system improvements, testing and digitalisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent & OD, Finance, Admin and other stakeholders to enhance governance, service delivery and employee experience.
• Design and deliver HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and payroll processing.
• Ability to generate HR reports, dashboards and analytics.
