Senior Accountant with Team Leadership Experience

About the role

Fenzi Enterprises is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead a small accounting team at its Rawalpindi office. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements while supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records and prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify account accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of three accounting staff.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Proven experience in senior accounting roles with team leadership.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
