About the role

The Senior Accounts Manager – Reporting leads the accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple entities. Based in Lahore, this night‑shift position bridges finance, senior management, clients, banks and auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, guaranteeing precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Direct preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and cash‑flow reports in line with accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling processes, collaborating with other departments for reliable projections.
• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team, handling recruitment, training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, coordinating internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and decision‑support insights to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and data integrity.
• Supervise month‑end and year‑end close cycles, maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate multi‑entity reporting, tax management and client remittance oversight.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior accounting or reporting roles, preferably within multi‑entity environments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
