About the role

The Senior AI Digital Marketing & Front-End Growth Lead will head a newly formed team supporting a London‑based fintech and foreign‑exchange organisation. Based in Islamabad, the role combines AI‑driven marketing, SEO, content creation, front‑end development and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor three Digital Marketing Executives.
• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy, overseeing SEO, website performance and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Introduce AI‑driven efficiencies and automation across campaigns.
• Manage campaign planning, performance reporting and coordinate with UK stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve website content, speed, UX and conversion optimisation.
• Drive B2B lead generation, sales‑funnel creation and CRM segmentation.

Required profile

• Proven digital marketing experience with strong SEO expertise.
• Hands‑on technical capability in front‑end development and AI tools.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to generate measurable business outcomes using AI and automation.

Required skills

• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, AI image generation platforms, AI automation tools.
• Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, WordPress, Webflow.
• SEO: keyword research, technical SEO, on‑page/off‑page optimisation, backlink strategy, competitor analysis.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.
• Email & marketing automation platforms.
• CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
