Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer – DevOps & Technical Leadership

About the role

We are a fast‑moving startup building AI‑powered web applications and business automations. As a Senior AI & Full‑Stack Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from business requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications, integrating AI capabilities and third‑party services.
• Design APIs, authentication, authorization, database schemas and migrations.
• Administer Linux servers, Docker environments, DNS, TLS certificates and reverse proxies.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Lead and mentor developers, coordinate outsourced contributors, and review external deliverables.
• Investigate production incidents and implement robust rollback and monitoring procedures.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering production web applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams and work with distributed contractors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, independent work style and comfort with limited startup budgets.

Required skills

• Modern frontend frameworks with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Backend development with secure APIs, integrations and error handling.
• AI/LLM integration, AI coding assistants, and agentic development workflows.
• SQL/PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, indexing and backup/recovery.
• Linux system administration, Docker containerization, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, reverse proxies.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps pipelines, Git version control and code review.
