Senior Associate / Lead, Creative & Design

About the role

Ahya Technologies, a sustainability innovation company building AI-powered software for the net-zero era, is looking for a Senior Associate / Lead, Design to lead and enhance its visual identity. The role covers brand development, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product communications and corporate publications, working closely with marketing, product, technology and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the brand identity, visual guidelines and creative standards across all platforms
• Create marketing collateral, social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, infographics, corporate profiles and promotional materials
• Design website layouts, landing pages, dashboards, user interfaces and digital experiences with product and development teams
• Produce 2D animations, motion graphics and animated explainers
• Build investor presentations, pitch decks, sustainability reports, annual reports and other executive materials
• Develop reusable design components, interactive prototypes and consistent visual frameworks
• Collaborate on creative campaigns and turn sustainability, climate science and technology concepts into clear visuals
• Lead design initiatives, set quality standards, review deliverables and guide internal teams and external creative resources
• Manage multiple design assignments, deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Explore emerging design methodologies and AI-assisted creative tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Interaction Design or a related field; a degree from a reputable international university is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, branding or related fields, including leading design projects
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, visual hierarchy and brand consistency
• Ability to manage complex assignments independently and work with stakeholders
• Mandatory strong portfolio covering branding, graphic design, digital design, corporate publications, motion graphics and video animation

• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Figma
• User interface design, responsive layouts, design systems, wireframing and prototyping
• Storyboarding and independent delivery of animations and motion graphics
