Senior Backend Engineer – ERP & CRM Specialist

About the role

360 Emarket is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in ERP and CRM systems to join its technology team in Karachi. The role is office‑based and requires night‑shift work to align with U.S. Eastern and Pacific business hours, supporting global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services and APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Customize and configure ERP and CRM modules to streamline sales, finance, inventory, and HR processes.
• Build Python automation workflows and AI‑driven agentic systems to improve business automation.
• Integrate backend services with responsive front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring near‑continuous system uptime.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in backend and web development.
• Proven ability to work night shifts and collaborate with U.S.‑based teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on system reliability.
