About the role
Techoneer, a growing IT services and consulting firm, is seeking a senior‑level Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition on Fiverr, Upwork and LinkedIn. This on‑site role in Rawalpindi will be pivotal in generating revenue by pitching, persuading and closing high‑value projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research and qualify high‑value prospects daily across Fiverr, Upwork and LinkedIn using advanced search filters and buyer intent signals.
- Maintain a segmented lead database by industry, budget, project type and decision‑maker seniority.
- Monitor job feeds, buyer requests and RFPs in real time and respond within defined SLA windows.
- Craft highly customized proposals, collaborate with technical leads to produce accurate scopes, timelines and cost estimates.
- Present Techoneer’s capabilities via video calls, screen shares or written pitch decks.
- Own the full client lifecycle from first contact through contract signing, project kickoff and post‑delivery follow‑up.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and work with delivery teams to propose additional services.
- Manage and optimise Techoneer’s Fiverr seller profile, Upwork agency profile and LinkedIn company page.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with a proven track record in B2B sales on freelance marketplaces.
- Strong ability to generate leads, write persuasive proposals and close contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing end‑to‑end client relationships.
- Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
