Senior Business Integration Lead – Finance & NetSuite

About the role

The Senior Business Integration Lead will own the end‑to‑end integration of newly acquired companies into Banyan’s NetSuite ERP, guiding finance teams from deal close through final sign‑off. This senior position requires strong finance expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across global time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integration of acquired entities, managing several projects simultaneously from deal close to sign‑off.
• Define integration scope with the NetSuite team, map charts of accounts to group standards, and oversee data validation, migration and multi‑entity reporting setup.
• Conduct Net Tangible Assets (NTA) reviews, opening balance analysis, and align revenue recognition policies with group standards.
• Coordinate compliance activities (VAT registration, KYC/AML, entity filings) with legal, tax and external advisors.
• Develop and refine integration playbooks, SOPs and reporting calendars, and present progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, ERP implementation or post‑acquisition integration, with senior‑level responsibility.
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, IFRS or US GAAP, reconciliations and revenue recognition.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across time zones.

Required skills

• NetSuite (or similar ERP) implementation and data migration.
• Multi‑entity and multi‑book reporting setups.
• Financial analysis, chart‑of‑accounts mapping, and NTA review.
