Senior Business Planning Officer – CEO Office

About the role
The Senior Business Planning Officer will support the CEO in shaping and executing strategic business plans for the Retail Banking Group. The role also includes high‑level executive assistance, ensuring the CEO’s schedule and travel run smoothly while safeguarding confidential information.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and tracking strategic business initiatives.
- Monitor progress against plan milestones and prepare regular performance reports.
- Provide executive‑level administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or a fresh graduate from a top business school.
- Strong interest in digital banking technologies, systems, and processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively within large, cross‑functional teams.
- Creative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the country’s digital transformation.
