Senior Business Process Analyst

About the role

LN Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead RFP processes and drive business analysis initiatives within its Project Management team. The role is based onsite in Karachi and involves close collaboration with sales, technical, and stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end RFP activities, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring timely, high‑quality proposal submissions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze complex data sets, present insights, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Assist in defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions meet quality standards.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in software or technology projects.
• Proven expertise in managing RFP processes and familiarity with RFP tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; CBAP or PMP certifications are a plus.
