Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure & Commercial Projects

About the role

Petrosin Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, design review, coordination and supervision of civil works across commercial buildings, restaurants, retail facilities, roads, utilities and other infrastructure projects at the Petrosin–NHA Service Area on the M‑1 Motorway.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise civil engineering and construction projects from inception to hand‑over.
• Review architectural, structural and engineering drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal management teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality standards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering recommendations and certify completed works.
• Support senior management in future development planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC‑recognised university.
• Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary construction and project delivery.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design and construction principles.
• Ability to interpret and review engineering drawings and specifications.
• Project planning and construction management expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
