Senior Compliance Specialist – HR

About the role
Afiniti is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist – HR to support day‑to‑day execution of its global compliance program and ESG initiatives. The role is based in Pakistan and can be performed remotely from Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad. It is suited for candidates with 2–3 years of experience who wish to develop a career in compliance, ethics or ESG.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of global compliance policies and processes at the local level.
- Provide administrative support for internal investigations, including scheduling, documentation, and data gathering.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and case tracking.
- Coordinate compliance projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, ethics, or ESG.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to support implementation of global compliance policies at the local level.
- Experience providing administrative support for internal investigations.
- Strong record‑keeping and coordination skills.
