Senior Creative

About the role

Infinity Media is looking for a bold, idea-driven Senior Creative to join its team in Gulberg III, Lahore. The role sets the creative direction for client campaigns rather than just executing briefs, and involves motivating and guiding a team of designers and content creators. It is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts for brand campaigns across social, digital and print channels
• Guide and mentor the creative team, reviewing and improving work before it reaches clients
• Own campaigns from concept to execution, keeping outputs aligned with brand identity
• Work with Strategy, Performance and Account teams so creative work supports campaign goals
• Ensure all outputs meet brand, compliance and quality standards
• Inspire and direct the creative team with a clear vision and hands-on guidance

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or lead creative role, ideally in an agency setting
• A strong portfolio showing bold campaign concepts and brand storytelling
• Experience leading or mentoring a creative team
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend creative ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Ability to handle several client briefs and creative outputs at once
