Senior CRM & AI Automation Manager

About the role

Bridgegold is seeking two experienced Senior CRM & AI Automation Managers to design, build, and maintain an AI‑powered commercial operating system. The positions are fully remote, independent‑contractor engagements focused on live commercial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced HubSpot CRM workflows, pipelines, custom properties and API integrations.
• Build Instagram Messenger and ManyChat automations with AI qualification and human handoff.
• Manage Twilio and WhatsApp Business messaging workflows, templates, webhooks and delivery controls.
• Integrate Meta advertising with HubSpot, including Conversions API and conversion feedback.
• Create and operate ElevenLabs AI voice agents, telephone routing, call transfers and CRM integration.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs for conversational AI within business processes.
• Write, debug and maintain custom integrations using JavaScript/Node.js or Python, REST APIs and webhooks.
• Monitor production, resolve failures, deduplicate messages and ensure reliable deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience building, operating and troubleshooting comparable systems.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and deliver fully functional solutions from day one.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
