Senior Data Analyst – Logistics Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead logistics analytics across our markets. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that improve cost, efficiency, and service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end logistics problem domains, framing ambiguous issues and delivering analytical solutions.
• Partner with business and domain leads to shape problem statements, challenge assumptions, and co‑develop data‑driven solutions.
• Apply advanced methods such as simulation, optimization, and statistical modeling to fleet sizing, routing, staffing, and demand planning.
• Design and analyze experiments (e.g., cluster, switchback) and use causal inference techniques to measure impact.
• Build and scale data products and analytical tools using modern data stacks and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Conduct exploratory and root‑cause analyses to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on data modeling, metric definitions, and scalable solutions.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders, driving alignment and action.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven track record solving problems such as fleet sizing, routing, staffing, or demand planning with measurable business impact.
