Senior Delivery Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Consultant you will partner with clients to design and execute transformation programs across multiple industries. You will be responsible for delivering lasting impact, building capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including digital, restructuring, turnaround, and post‑merger integration.
• Manage workstreams independently while collaborating with Delivery Managers, senior leaders, and client teams.
• Lead junior consultants and coordinate client workshops and meetings to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare complex analyses and deliver actionable insights from strategy through execution.
• Ensure long‑term impact through capability building, organizational design, and operational improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management or transformation consulting at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills, capable of leading workshops and presentations.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a high‑performance environment.
