Senior DevOps Engineer – Docker & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and operate container‑based platforms that support high‑availability workloads. You will lead the implementation of Docker and Kubernetes solutions, build robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure the reliability and security of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain multi‑node Kubernetes clusters, including control‑plane components such as ETCD and API Server.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD, managing Jenkinsfiles and deployment workflows.
• Administer Linux systems, perform user management, hardening, OS upgrades, security patching and CVE remediation.
• Manage container images, Docker runtime, and networking across development, test and production environments.
• Implement and support infrastructure services (NFS, FTP, HTTPD, NTP, HAProxy) and host‑level firewalls (FirewallD, iptables, UFW).
• Set up monitoring, tracing and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Zipkin, OpenTelemetry and Elastic Observability.
• Configure email services including Postfix MTA and SMTP relays.
• Provide on‑call support for production releases and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on DevOps or system‑administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters, container networking and Linux administration.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
