Senior DevOps Engineer – Remote

About the role

You will be the go‑to engineer for a portfolio of 50+ SaaS products, responsible for keeping them highly available and reliable. Working remotely, you will dive into unfamiliar AWS environments, bring order to chaotic setups, and use AI‑assisted tooling to accelerate investigations and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure migrations, consolidations, and production‑grade automations across multiple products.
• Diagnose and remediate production outages in real time, authoring thorough root‑cause analyses and permanent fixes.
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and rollback procedures for safe deployments.
• Write and maintain runbooks, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to route long‑term remediation to the appropriate owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating large‑scale SaaS platforms with a focus on reliability.
• Strong problem‑solving skills demonstrated through live troubleshooting.
• Ability to break down complex projects into actionable daily tasks.
• Comfort with rapid learning of undocumented systems and creating clear documentation.
