Senior DevOps Engineer – Remote

About the role

You will be the primary engineer responsible for keeping more than 50 SaaS products running smoothly. Working remotely, you will dive into unfamiliar AWS environments, create order from chaos, and push availability beyond 99.9% through robust monitoring, automation, and root‑cause analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure migrations, consolidations, and production‑grade automations across a diverse portfolio.
• Respond to production incidents, deploy immediate remediation, and produce detailed root‑cause analyses with permanent fixes.
• Author, review, and apply changes in production, ensuring safety and rollback conditions.
• Design and implement runbooks, deployment pipelines, and monitoring that capture edge‑case scenarios.
• Distinguish infrastructure failures from application bugs and route remediation to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience operating large‑scale SaaS products in AWS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot in real time and produce 5‑Why analyses.
• Strong discipline in scoping work and using AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Comfort with writing production‑ready code in Python or JavaScript.
