Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

About the role

An experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant is sought to lead end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis and client management, and can independently manage implementation activities and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Central projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Hold client meetings and requirement sessions, then configure and manage GL, AP, AR, sales, purchasing, inventory and financial reporting modules.
• Manage chart of accounts, posting groups, dimensions and master data.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, UAT and go-live; prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides.
• Demonstrate the system, train end users and provide ongoing client support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams on customisation and integration.
• Manage project deliverables, keep clients informed and mentor junior consultants where needed.
