Senior Electronic Data Interchange Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Analyst to manage and optimize our Electronic Data Interchange processes. The role involves end‑to‑end implementation, maintenance, and support of EDI solutions to ensure seamless communication with internal systems and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, configuration, and support of EDI solutions for business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot EDI‑related issues, analyzing logs and data.
• Collaborate with business units to integrate EDI processes into ERP systems.
• Ensure EDI transactions comply with industry standards such as X12 and EDIFACT.
• Manage communication with third‑party EDI vendors for issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Continuously monitor and improve EDI processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Create and maintain documentation and reporting on EDI performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on EDI analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EDI translation tools and protocols.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, ANSI).
• Knowledge of XML data formats.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
