Senior Engineering Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee multiple construction sites across Karachi and Lower Sindh, handling new builds, maintenance, solar installations, and special projects. You will ensure that all works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget compliance while providing technical guidance to on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor construction and post‑construction activities for all TCF projects.
• Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems and APM dashboards.
• Review and verify contractor bills, BOQs, BBS, and variations.
• Lead a team of engineers across various sites, conducting regular meetings and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Anticipate material shortages and communicate potential delays.
• Maintain quality control and assurance throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of field execution experience in civil engineering or construction.
• B.E/BSc in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
