Senior Executive Plant Controlling

About the role

The Senior Executive Plant Controlling partner works closely with Quality operations to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. You will lead OPEX management, optimise the SAP FM module, and ensure accurate budgeting and profitability analysis across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control conversion costs using activity‑based drivers.
• Analyse operational expenses, perform cost‑benefit analyses and manage OPEX.
• Execute time‑and‑motion studies and product profitability assessments.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for plant, quality, and R&D areas.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, GP analysis and international tender evaluations.
• Perform material variance analysis, capacity working analysis and cost‑optimization projects.
• Ensure timely financial closing of the production plant in SAP.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: ACCA, ACMA, CIMA or CA.
• 1‑4 years of relevant experience in plant finance or cost controlling.
• Basic understanding of SAP ERP with ability to configure reports and manage fund centres.
• Proficiency in building dynamic feasibility models in Excel or Power BI, including sensitivity analysis.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination skills with lab and production teams.
