Direct Tax Accountant

About the role
We are seeking a Direct Tax Accountant to join our finance team in Gulberg 3. The role focuses on preparing financial statements in line with IFRS and UAE corporate tax regulations, while ensuring accurate tax compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements according to IFRS and UAE Corporate Tax laws.
- Handle corporate tax compliance, including CT computations, return filings, and related documentation.
- Review accounting records to ensure adherence to applicable tax regulations.
- Assist in tax assessments, reconciliations, and preparation of supporting schedules and reports.
- Support audit or accounting activities as needed.
Required profile
- ACCA Affiliate or CA Finalist.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of taxation laws and compliance procedures.
- Experience in an audit or accounting firm is an advantage.
Required skills
- International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Corporate Tax compliance.
- CT computations and tax return filing.
