Senior Executive Purchase Requisition Operations

About the role

The Senior Executive Purchase Requisition Operations will manage daily purchase requisitions for the Port Qasim plant, ensuring accuracy, proper cost allocation, and timely data provision for plant controlling. This role supports decision‑making by delivering reliable financial and inventory information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify daily purchase requisitions, ensuring correct details, ledger accounts and cost centres.
• Review requisitions against budgets, flagging potential overruns to the Plant Manager.
• Maintain a daily log of posted and unposted requests and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop weekly trend and ageing reports, providing visibility of order quantities and open requisitions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SAP and GMS teams to optimise material master data and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 3‑5 years of experience, or a postgraduate degree with 1‑2 years of experience.
• Experience in purchase requisition processing, plant controlling or related finance functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for material master data management.
