Senior Expert Procurement Systems (Coupa DevOps)

About the role

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is looking for a Senior Expert Procurement Systems (Coupa DevOps) to report to the Head of Coupa DevOps. The role covers the administration, configuration, development and operation of the Coupa spend management platform, which is used for sourcing and purchasing and is integrated with other cloud-based ERPs. It combines platform housekeeping and controls, master data and user administration, change management, incident handling, testing, releases and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Coupa platform, keeping it stable, secure and aligned with standards and controls
• Manage users, roles, permissions, groups and access in line with business needs and security policies
• Perform master data administration and maintenance across Coupa areas
• Run regular system housekeeping, health checks and administrative control activities
• Analyse change requests and configuration proposals, assessing impact, dependencies and risks
• Support testing, releases and change activities, and help resolve high-severity issues
• Provide analytics and insights on platform usage, data quality and incidents
• Contribute to process and configuration improvements and act as a Coupa subject matter expert in governance forums

Required profile

• Master's degree in IT/Computer Sciences or similar, with a functional overview of financials and supply chain processes; a Finance/CA/ACCA degree is also accepted with relevant ERP implementation experience
• 7+ years of experience covering Coupa administration, process design, configuration, testing, change management, production support and end-user support/training
• Successful experience in ERP/procurement implementations, preferably S2P/SCM solutions and Coupa
• Ability to work in multiple time zones, on shifts and public holidays, with good English
