Senior Financial Analyst – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

About the role

You will join GSK’s Procure‑to‑Pay finance team in Pakistan as a Senior Financial Analyst. The role focuses on managing accounts payable operations, strengthening controls and delivering accurate financial information to support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review employee expense claims in Concur and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Process expenses accurately and guarantee timely payments to employees.
• Manage corporate card and Concur administration.
• Resolve discrepancies with internal departments and external partners.
• Conduct invoice and expense audits to prevent fraud, waste and abuse.
• Provide process updates, attend dashboard calls and address critical issues.
• Train team members on daily tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in accounts payable, procure‑to‑pay or financial operations.
• Hands‑on experience preparing KPIs and management reports for leadership.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced shared services or finance centre environment.

Required skills

• Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Familiarity with travel and expense tools, specifically Concur.
