Senior Front Sales Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

An experienced, results-driven Senior Front Sales Specialist is sought to join a growing e-commerce sales team in Karachi. The company provides account management services for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and other e-commerce marketplaces to businesses across the United States. The role is full-time, on a night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT), targeting US clients nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales leads and convert prospects into paying clients
• Communicate with US-based clients by call, email and other channels
• Understand client needs and present suitable service packages
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing and close deals
• Handle objections and keep up consistent client follow-ups
• Maintain sales pipelines and CRM records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Required profile

• Excellent English communication, negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling US-based clients
• Previous e-commerce experience is not mandatory; sales experience in web design, development, digital marketing, IT services or other service-based industries is welcome
• Complete product training is provided
