About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer who thrives on turning AI research into production‑ready systems. You will work in a remote‑first environment, shaping architecture, building end‑to‑end applications, and ensuring AI components run reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI‑powered web applications from front‑end to back‑end.
Create responsive front‑ends using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
Build high‑performance backend services and APIs with Python and FastAPI.
Implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM orchestration systems.
Architect semantic search and vector retrieval solutions.
Set up distributed, event‑driven architectures with queues, caching and message brokers.
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, including GPU workloads for inference.
Profile, benchmark and optimise systems for speed, cost and resilience.
Contribute to technical decisions and mentor the team.

Required profile

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full‑stack expertise with proven production deployments.
Hands‑on experience building AI/LLM‑driven products.
Comfort with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
Ability to design architecture and make impactful technical choices.
