Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Builder

About the role

We are reinventing the insurance industry with a modern platform and AI agents that actually get work done. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will design, prototype, and ship AI‑driven features that solve real customer problems from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes each sprint, selecting high‑impact initiatives and delivering them to production.
• Build AI‑centric components such as OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops using LLMs and evaluation harnesses.
• Ship fast prototypes, iterate with real user feedback, and evolve them into production‑grade services.
• Collaborate directly with customers to observe real claims, underwriting screens, and broker workflows, turning pain points into solutions.
• Raise code quality through reviews, refactoring, testing, and observability practices.
• Drive team improvements by proposing and adopting new tools, internal agents, and engineering standards.
