Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Multi‑tenant SaaS)

About the role

BlueLift is building a regulated multi‑tenant platform for banks and asset issuers. As the first engineer on the application side, you will own the entire web‑application layer, working closely with a blockchain engineer to define clear API boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi‑tenant architecture with strict tenant isolation, theming and configuration management.
• Build and maintain an admin dashboard for workflow setup, permission management and record approvals.
• Create a white‑labelled client portal for onboarding, document access and non‑technical user interactions.
• Develop a pluggable integration layer for third‑party identity and verification services.
• Implement append‑only audit trails and reporting features that satisfy regulatory evidence requests.
• Define and maintain the API contract with the blockchain layer.
• Establish engineering foundations: code standards, review culture, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Delivered and maintained at least one multi‑tenant SaaS product.
• Strong expertise in either TypeScript/Node.js or Python, with comfort in the other.
• Proficient in React or a comparable modern component‑based framework.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL schema design, performance tuning and data integrity.
