Senior Fullstack Developer & IT Support Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer who will also act as an IT Support Executive. This remote position combines hands‑on platform development with technical support and system coordination in a fast‑growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable features using React, Next.js, Nest.js and TypeScript.
• Implement and maintain RPA automations with tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer or Selenium.
• Oversee platform configurations, access control, and system performance.
• Support internal teams and end‑users through documentation, troubleshooting and training.
• Track issues, document bugs and drive iterative improvements.
• Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external developers.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of fullstack development experience.
• Strong frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Nest.js, TypeScript) expertise.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (Playwright, Selenium) and API/cloud integrations.
• Experience in SaaS, legal‑tech or coordinating with external teams is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent documentation and remote‑collaboration skills.
