Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with a strong focus on front‑end development and extensive experience building AI‑driven, agentic workflows. You will work directly with the VP of Engineering to redesign and scale a human‑blended AI coaching platform, driving both UI/UX polish and robust backend architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front‑end architecture and implement high‑quality UI/UX using React and TypeScript.
• Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management, and user routing with Node.js and Python.
• Design and integrate AI/agentic components, orchestrating complex prompt flows and structured coaching frameworks.
• Integrate proprietary IP, company data, and personality assessments to deliver personalized advice.
• Build a seamless handoff system for real‑time transitions to human coaches.
• Support enterprise features such as mid‑conversation human support requests and video call scheduling.
• Develop cross‑platform mobile elements and administrative interfaces using Expo or React Native.
• Define reusable component patterns and drive the engineering roadmap with high autonomy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with React, TypeScript, and front‑end performance optimization.
• Production experience building server APIs and session management with Node.js.
• Proven track record deploying AI agents, LLM integrations, or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python skills, especially with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑agency environment and iterate quickly.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem‑solving.
